Eligibility:

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Exchange Process:

To request an exchange, contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

We will guide you through the return process and arrange for the replacement.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

If the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For other exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Eligible Items:

Products marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange.

Refunds:
