Shipping Destinations
We ship our products worldwide, ensuring that customers from different regions can enjoy the benefits of our organic oils. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination.
Shipping Costs
Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan):
Standard Shipping: PKR 300 (free for orders over PKR 2,000)
Express Shipping: PKR 500
International Shipping:
Calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination.
Shipping Times
Domestic Orders:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Orders:
Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing times and public holidays.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also track your order status by logging into your Au Naturél account.
Customs and Import Duties
